The Embouchure Project
Solving
Embouchure
Syndrome Together
Join The Embouchure Project, where musicians and medical professionals unite to illuminate the path to recovery from Embouchure Syndrome which encompasses everything from persistent annoyances to diagnosed dystonia. We are improving communication and collaboration between medical, performing, and teaching professionals. Our goal is to make suffering from Embouchure Syndrome a thing of the past.
Our Only Goal is to Help
TEP is completely free, we will listen to your needs and connect you with help or with clients who can use your help

We Advocate
One of the key pillars in our goals is to spread the word about embouchure issues, and build better understanding and communication. We will be advocating for injury leave policies that allow for an appropriate recovery polices. Let us know if we can help. Doctors notes, letters of explanation, and other forms of advocacy are part of what we do.
ABout Us
The Embouchure Project is not a company, It is an ever-growing network that you are welcome to be a part of. The vision of TEP is to disappear when the network is self-sustaining: musicians suffering from Embouchure Syndrome, dystonia and other forms of disfunction know where to go for help; doctors have access to new and emerging science to improve treatment, medical therapists such as physical, osteo, occupational and massage have been trained to treat musicians using proven techniques, and scientists are building on existing research to advance therapies and techniques.
